Our Graduate Trainee programme
We receive an increasing number of applicants year-on-year and we are constantly impressed by the calibre and invaluable contribution of our successful candidates.
Our recent graduates Annie and Cameron both graduated from The University of Manchester with an Integrated Masters in Maths. They were both attracted to Irwell to start their Underwriting career with a rapidly growing business which offered mentoring and professional career development.
