Our Home Emergency product includes optional online access to a qualified engineer who will assess the problem via a video call and attempt to fix the emergency without the need for an onsite visit. If not, arrangements will be made for an engineer to attend the property as quickly as possible.

  • Home emergency cover is designed to provide immediate help when unexpected problems arise that could damage a rented home, make it unsafe or pose a risk to tenant’s health and safety.
  • Can be can be added to landlord insurance policies to provide assistance for urgent home repairs without having to source and pay for the cost of the tradesperson.
  • It stops the emergency from causing more damage and ensures a tradesperson is sent promptly to solve urgent issues.

This cover is designed to help solve an immediate emergency and is not a general maintenance policy.
