Online household engineer at your service

Our Home Emergency product includes optional online access to a qualified engineer who will assess the problem via a video call and attempt to fix the emergency without the need for an onsite visit. If not, arrangements will be made for an engineer to attend the property as quickly as possible.

Personal Home Emergency

Cover provides 24/7 access to tradespeople for unexpected property issues and damage that could make a home unfit or unsafe for family members.

It gives policyholders peace of mind that should an issue arise; their homes and families are kept safe and secure – with as little disruption as possible.

  • Home emergency cover is designed to provide immediate help when unexpected problems arise that could damage a family home, make it unsafe or pose a risk to health and safety.
  • Can be be added to home insurance policies to provide assistance for urgent home repairs without having to source and pay for the cost of the tradesperson.
  • It stops the emergency from causing more damage and ensures a tradesperson is sent promptly to solve urgent issues.

This cover is designed to help solve an immediate emergency and is not a general maintenance policy.
